Cascade Springs Home Health and Hospice provides compassionate care to those individuals who are facing a life-limiting illness. At Cascade Springs we embrace the motto "It's all about the care" and know that volunteer service will provide a rich, rewarding experience for you as well as our patients! Some essential Patient Care Volunteer functions include: Provides emotional support and compassionate care to the patient and family unit; Provides assigned respite services to patient and/or family; Communicates at the appropriate level with each patient and family; Documents services provided to each patient and family; Consults with team members for issues relating to the patient/family plan of care. The Patient Care Volunteer provides a service which is invaluable and immensely appreciated. We ask for your time to be made available on a schedule which works for you and our patients.
