Utah Food Bank staff and volunteers work together to gather and distribute food to the network of emergency food pantries and agencies throughout the state of Utah.
UPDATE 8/28/2020- CURRENTLY ACCEPTING VOLUNTEERS. ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST: FILL OUT VISTOR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM, TEMPERATURE CHECK, GLOVES/MASKS MANDATORY AND NO MORE THEN 15 VOLUNTEERS PER ROOM.
Warehouse Opportunities - projects vary day to day, but may involve sorting food, assembling food boxes, repacking bulk food, etc.
Food Box Deliveries - delivering food boxes to home bound senior citizens and people with disabilities.
Hosting your own food drive is also a great opportunity to have fun and to help provide the Utah Food Bank with much needed food items.
Advanced reservations required for all volunteer opportunities. As schedule gets filled quickly, inquiring 30 days in advance is advised.
