Best Buddies International

Best Buddies members dedicate themselves to social inclusion. They are paired one-to-one with a new friend who they talk to each week and hang out with twice a month. They participate in campaigns such as "Spread the Word to End the Word," "I'm In To Hire," and the annual Friendship Walk to teach their community about the valuable contributions people with intellectual and developmental disabilities can bring to our communities. As a result of their involvement with Best Buddies, people live on their own, become inspirational leaders, and make lifelong friendships.

To join an established chapter, you must complete the Membership Application on www.BestBuddiesOnline.org. Best Buddies College Chapters in Utah are located at USU, WSU, U of U and BYU. Best Buddies High School Chapters in Utah are located at Weber High, Bonneville High, Layton High, Viewmont High, Murray HIgh, Brighton High, Bingham High, Riverton High, Westlake High, and Pleasant Grove High School. Our first Middle School chapter is opening at Weilenmann School of Discovery!
