Our organization advocates for victims of domestic violence, rape and sexual assault, and the homeless. Volunteers serve people in Sevier, Piute, Millard, Sanpete and Wayne counties of Utah. We offer many types of assistance: crisis counseling, classes, support groups, and speakers on relevant topics. We help past victims, current victims, and their families, as well as offer prevention programs.
The Center is always in need of volunteers to help with a wide variety of activities.
I was able to help organize all of the clothing donations and spent a lot of time sewing quilts for those who stay there. It was really cool to know that I was helping even just a little bit with all the amazing things this place does.
