The Abbington is an assisted living home for elderly individuals, including a memory care wing. They provide and a comfortable apartment, food, and a variety of activities for the residents.
Volunteers assist in a variety of activities such as card games, board games, crafts, etc.). Volunteers also visit with the residents. If you have a musical or artistic talent, we would love you to share your talent with the residents!

I loved Volunteering here! It was really easy to go to because it's so close to the school! I went once a week and participated in the activities planned for the day. I loved interacting and visiting with the residents. It's a really awesome site!

The Abbington has such a special place in my heart. My grandma lived there before she died and now that I volunteer there, it helps me feel closer to her and to all the people there. I have made such close friends there! The people are always so happy which just makes my day.
