The Sorenson Multi-Cultural and Unity Fitness Center is located in the heart of the Glendale community, one of Salt Lake Citys most culturally rich and diverse neighborhoods. We pride ourselves in offering excellent, community oriented, exciting, and accessible programming for youth and adults.
The Volunteer programs are constantly expanding. They are always looking community members to volunteer as team coaches for the Youth Sports Programs. Younger volunteers can help by doing a variety of things at the Center such as keeping score for games, assisting in administrative assignments, and helping with Center activities. They also need help from on-going volunteers with our Afterschool Program and Kids Cafe program.
One thing that I enjoy about life in general is when everybody is able to get along no matter what ones background is. The Sorenson Multicultural center is inviting to all cul- tures and all backgrounds.
