This Saturday, May 13th, local mail carriers are teaming up with Tabitha's Way for the Postal Workers Food Drive. They will be gathering the donated items and then taking them to 3 different Post Offices in our area: American Fork, Lehi & Pleasant Grove. We are in dire need of help to collect and sort the items at each location between 12noon - 5pm. If you can lend a hand and even bring a spouse, friend or family members (probably 12 & older) to help, that would be fantastic. We are hoping to get 2 shifts of 5-6 people at each location. Text 801-372-2855 directly for more information.

ACCEPTING VOLUNTEERS Tabitha’s Way is a non-profit, volunteer-based mercy ministry based on Christian principles. Our purpose is to provide free food and other essential life-sustaining supplies to anyone in need within our local communities. We believe that meeting the primary needs of others will help open the door to the realization of a loving God who cares for them. Beyond meeting physical needs, we hope to encourage, pray for and reveal the greatness of God’s love towards all. Today, Tabitha’s provides food and supplies to an average of 5,000 individuals monthly. We recognize that the ability to provide these services through the support of the community and by countless businesses. Ongoing efforts are provided by: Stokes, Fresh Market, Maceys, Kneaders, Jimmy John’s, Costco, Community Action, and The Utah Food Bank. In addition, food drives from schools, scouts, families, civic and church groups have help provide staples to help Tabitha’s cause. We view these organizations and individuals as part of the body of Christ, whom God sent to show love to the world. LINK TO VOLUNTEER: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/70A084EACA723A2FD0-volunteer3
Volunteers are the heart of the organization. Most volunteer sessions are 2 or 3 hours between 8am and 5pm Tuesday through Saturday. Volunteers may help collect food from local grocery stores; sort, stock, and organize food donations; or direct and supervisor large volunteer groups.
Tabitha's Way is such an amazing place to volunteer. It's awesome to help people who need it and at Tabitha's I can really get involved with our community. Luca Rodriguez, Spanish Fork, Utah
