Premier chefs and vintners craft exquisite meals with artful wine pairings in luxurious, private homes and restaurants. During the evening, a National Ability Center participant will visit each dinner and share their personal experience of discovering the possibilities through our unique programs. Volunteers can serve in the following ways: Captain: Help coordinate the entire dinner team and finalize details with host. *Previous vintner dinner experience required. General Support: Serve dinner, be a host for restaurants, and welcome our guests. Kitchen: Help our chefs prepare meals in the kitchen. *Culinary experience required. At the National Ability Center I taught swim and ski lessons to children and people with cognitive disabilities. Most of the volunteer work I did was very hands on. I would have to hold some of the children in the water to support them while swimming and I would also help them perform certain strokes. I value the relationships I formed with the students I taught. The students taught me a lot about certain disabilities and how easy it is to make friends and be nice to others. - Tess Holbrook, Park City, Utah
