Alta Ridge Assisted Living is a home for individuals with Alzheimer's disease. They provide fun activities for their residents while also providing nursing assistance.
Volunteers can come throughout the day and assist residents in activities such as cooking, bingo, crafts, and special outing (zoo, mall, grocery store).
What I valued most from serving at this site was the stories and experiences some residents shared with me about their life. They taught me things that I wouldn't have been able to understand for many years to come. Hearing their stories was something I truly value from serving at this site. - Joel Bruder, Sandy, Utah
