The Boys and Girls Clubs of America provides a safe place where young people can learn and grow with positive adult guidance and supervision. The after school program caters to youth ages 5-18 years old.
Volunteers at the Boys and Girls Club may work as teachers helpers, supervise field trip outings, or assist with activities such as coloring and playing basketball. During the school year volunteers are needed to tutor students in a number of subjects.
Boys and Girls Club really made me understand the word patience. With so many young kids being so energetic all at once you learn how to handle yourself. But best of all was that this site helped me learn to live more simply and not take what I have for granted. - Grayson Murphy, Roy, Utah

I have been volunteering here for a couple months now to get my service hours for my trip! All of the kids here are super fun to work with, teach, and play with! I've done a lot of hours and it is still so much fun! We have so much fun hanging out with the kids and I have learned a lot about them and their lives! They have taught me so much!
