Utah Community Action’s mission is to empower individuals, strengthen families, and build communities through self-sufficiency and education programs.
We place volunteers in our Head Start classrooms, Central Kitchen Meal Preparation & Clean Up, Neighborhood Food Pantries & Resource Centers, Facility Beautification, Fundraiser & Event Staffing, and Summer Food Programs. Volunteers help achieve our larger goals of empowering clients and giving them tools for self-sufficiency.
