Park City Medical Center is dedicated to excellence in patient care. The volunteers at Park City Medical Centers mission is to provide caring, compassionate volunteer service in support of Park City Medical Center, its patients, staff, guests and community. NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING VOLUNTEERS.
If you are at least 14 years old and enjoy helping people, there is a place for you at Park City Medical Center. Volunteers provide assistance by helping patients check in, escort, flower and gift deliveries, information and reception desk, emergency department, patient interaction, gift shop, and patient visits.
I loved serving at PKMC because while I don't always see the same patients every time I volunteer, I do feel like I have made strong connections with the staff at PKMC. Additionally, I feel like my people skills have increased immensely. -Caity Kwun, Park City, Utah
We do require a six month commitment, which includes one three hour shift per week.

Park City Medical Center is a great place to volunteer if you have an interest in medicine and helping people. As a volunteer you will basically be asked to do anything around the hospital, whether it's helping out in physical therapy or running food trays to patient rooms. You will also gain great relationships with all the people you work with. If you live in Park City I would highly recommend this organization.

I love volunteering at the Park City Medical Center because I always feel like I am helping in some way. Every day is different, and I love being a part of the strong community that has been built up by fellow volunteers and staff members. The aspect I love the most about volunteering at the hospital is the relationships I've built, as they are truly strong, and I look forward to going to the hospital every time.

Lisa is super flexible with scheduling times to volunteer and is willing to work with you to complete hours. It's a laid back place to work but it's also a lot of fun. Everyone in the hospital is very nice and food is basically free!
