The thing that I loved most was how involved all of the leaders were, they knew every child by name and made an effort to ask them how their day had been and compliment them on something. This helped to teach me how to give the children positive attention and make sure that they felt special. - Maia Sepulveda, Salt Lake City, Utah

Volunteering at the Sunnyvale Neighborhood Center was an incredible experience. I was able to meet and help so many people I may not have otherwise met. The students there are so sweet and are always willing to learn and let you teach them. Plus you'll always have little buddies every time you go. I have found that the happiest moments for me are when I am there, engulfing myself in serving these kids. I love Sunnyvale!
